In an effort to update and streamline the solicitation process, CPC has moved to an online system called Public Purchase (see details below). However, a few solicitations may be separate from this system. For those respective solicitations, we will continue to post them here so be sure to check back often.
Public Purchase
CPC is now utilizing Public Purchase, a web based eProcurement service. Public Purchase provides government agencies with a comprehensive and easy-to-use web based system. For vendors, the Public Purchase system provides you with:
- Automatic notification of open solicitations
- Automatic notification of answered questions and issued addenda
- A way to electronically submit your bid solicitation response
In addition, Public Purchase gives you access to bid opportunities with other government entities. All of this is provided at no charge.

Current CPC Solicitations
The following are open solicitations and are available via Public Purchase. To view or respond to a solicitation, your company must be registered with Public Purchase and have linked your company account to the Cooperative Purchasing Connection. Once your company is registered, click on the appropriate listing and you will be forwarded to Public Purchase where you can log in to view and/or respond to the solicitation.
