Insight Restoration will mobilize an emergency team to provide necessary resources to recover from any type of water, fire, mold, storm, bio, or other disaster. Throughout the process Insight Restoration will provide regular communication so that everyone involved is kept in the loop of what was accomplished in Insight’s daily cleanup efforts and what can be expected for the following day. Due to their written and photographic documentation of the entire job, the billing process is very smooth, whether customers are working with insurance, or if it is a self-pay situation.
Emergency Recovery Program (ERP): Call the Insight Restoration Account Manager
Set up before a disaster occurs with the free ERP. The ERP is designed to ensure that you are prepared for the worst-case scenario when it comes to any type of disaster that may occur on their property. Insight Restoration will build a file for any CPC member that would include floor plans of their property, notes about their property, photos, key contact information, etc. This intimate knowledge of a CPC member's property/properties will allow them to be extremely efficient in their mobilization and cleanup efforts when you call their emergency hotline. Other benefits include priority response over other non-members of our ERP, a dedicated Account Manager that is available 24/7 by phone, text and email, and an annual key stakeholder meeting to make sure everything in your file is current.
