Bimbo Bakeries allows most service cooperative members across Minnesota and North Dakota the ability to purchase bread products at discount pricing. As the number of participating members continues to grow, BBU offers service cooperative members the lowest price on whole wheat, whole-grain-rich, and enriched bread products. The bread program alone will provide member school districts significant cost savings, exceptional service, and delivery for service cooperative members.

If your district is interested in joining the bread and bread products program, please complete the Request to Join form at right and submit it to [email protected].

Your district’s request will then be sent to BBU for review to determine if the service is available. Service availability decisions typically take five to ten business days. Upon approval, the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) will notify your district and provide order forms as well as bread nutritionals by product number.
